Often this can quickly get out of control and it is daunting to know how to quickly rectify this, leading to further inaction, a worsening scenario and often sorrow, anxiety or embarrassment. Perhaps you have just moved into a new property with a neglected garden but have little time or knowledge as to where to start? Maybe you are a landlord whose previous tenants have abused your property and left the garden in disrepair? Do you have areas of your garden that are unused, going to waste having been overgrown or even forgotten about?  Or have you been inspired to make some significant alterations, or a fresh start, to pursue an exciting new idea and need a trusted partner to make this a reality? At OTGR we have seen it all. We understand each project is unique and will require different solutions. We are confident in our ability to deliver the best possible resolutions and aim to exceed your expectations.

Our highly experienced team will respond quickly, to meet with you and formulate a free no obligation quote. This will include a realistic plan overview and guide price based specifically on your own ambitions, budget and timeframe. You can have as much input as you wish or we can take over entirely whilst you get on with other things. 

Once a quote is agreed, a comprehensive bespoke brief will be provided to include all major goals, specific requirements and milestones of the project, a time table detailing various separate stages, a fixed price and a payment structure. Nobody likes hidden surprises and we ensure all responsibilities are signed-off and clear, from the start, so as to be as transparent and make the whole process straightforward and stress free. 

Inevitably there will be occasions where unforeseen developments occur, for instance the discovery of hidden, previously unknown obstacles. We will notify all involved immediately, to agree to a new plan, whether this involves a fairly straightforward solution or the need to think laterally based on our pool of previous experiences and expertise. Every effort will be made to reduce any increase in costs or delays in project delivery. To this end a contingency may be included in your original brief (depending on how complex the project is expected to be). This is solely for your own benefit to enable you to have included a buffer for any negative discoveries in order to ensure that you are not overstretching. We would very rarely expect this to need to be called upon. 

We will see the project through from your initial enquiry to sign off. We will then provide you with an aftercare plan. This may involve our continued involvement on an ongoing basis or we can provide handover guidance for you or your local garden maintenance company to go forwards without us.
